Healthy Schools, Healthy People: Teaching More than Handwashing

Three students from McBride High School in Long Beach, California - Paola Alvarez, Montserrat Pineda and Kelly Chinchilla - flew to Washington, DC in June to receive the 2016 Healthy Schools, Healthy People, It’s a SNAP National Award for their "Soapy Warriors"/ "Los Guerreros del Jabón" project and ACI Members have donated $5,000 and handwashing supplies to Long Beach’s McBride High School.
