In the news this week:

The Dow Chemical Company released its 2016 Sustainability Report, laying a solid foundation with strong first-year results since announcing its 2025 Sustainability Goals. The report highlights the successes of Dow’s commitment to redefine the role of business at its intersection with society.

GOJO Industries announced the publication of its sixth annual Sustainability Report. The report, What Matters Most, focuses on the company’s sustainability progress throughout 2016 and into early 2017, and highlights its first-year progress against its 2020 Sustainable Value Strategies and Goals.

Unilever announced its progress in building its ‘Sustainable Living brands’ as they delivered over 60% of the company’s total growth, up from 46% last year, and grew more than 50% faster than the rest of the business in 2016. A detailed report on the progress made against the targets set out in the Unilever Sustainable Living Plan and Unilever’s approach to transformational change is available online.
