The Healthy Schools, Healthy People, It’s a SNAP program has a review panel that evaluates all projects, activities and campaigns submitted for national recognition. Each year, up to three schools are chosen for national recognition for outstanding student efforts to promote hand hygiene and infection control.

ANNUAL
RECOGNITION AWARDS
Each year, one top classroom project, activity or campaign will be selected to receive the national award. Two exceptional runner-up projects may also be recognized.
The top-recipient classroom will receive special recognition for the entire classroom. Up to three representatives from the school will receive an all-expense paid trip to Washington, D.C. to meet with leaders from CDC, ACI, industry and Capitol Hill.
Honor Roll Certificates!
Each participant can also receive a Clean Hands
Honor Roll certificate. This is a ready-made certificate
for teachers, administrators and nurses to recognize
students who have been involved in the Healthy Schools,
Healthy People, It's a SNAP handwashing program.
You can print your own or contact us to let us how
many students participated and we will mail the certificates
to your school.

CAN I GET PROGRAM MATERIALS AND GET INVOLVED?
If you are interested in participating in the “Healthy Schools, Healthy People, - It’s A SNAP” program please contact us with your request for free materials. In your email please include your name, your title/position, the name of your school, your email address, and the address to which you would like the materials sent.
